Our Austin, TX client is seeking a Marketing/Graphic Design candidate on a contract basis. The ideal candidate will be savvy with social media sources to utilize for marketing purposes. Someone with marketing experience in the restaurant industry is preferred.

Duties:
Web design
Graphic design
Social Media networking such as Facebook, Twitter, and Blogs
Monitor and filter out social media sites
Paper layout and design
Create database of customers to send email blasts
Knowledge of layout principles and aesthetic design concepts

Requirements:
Some college coursework completed, Bachelor’s degree preferred
A minimum of 2 years of related work experience in generally comparable social media and marketing functions
Has a basic understanding of social media best practices, especially as it pertains to building communities
Proficient utilizing Facebook, Twitter, and creation of blogs
Must have experience and be proficient with Adobe Photoshop and Flash
