The Office Manager will:
Lead and manage the practice
Present treatment plans
Facilitate monthly meetings with staff
OSHA training officer
Train new team members
Help plan marketing events
Staff schedules-front office, back office, and Doctors
Post daily checks
Send end of month reports to finance
Work on aging reports
Order supplies
Other duties as required
