Job Description:
(1) Responsibilities & Key Result Areas
Overall 8-9 Year of experience
To test BI (Business intelligence) projects including both ETL and reporting technologies.
Work with project and business teams; understand the requirements and work independently to deliver
The expected result
Provide timely updates to Manager and clients if required and some exposure to lead level tasks like task delegation, supervision etc…

(2) Competencies – Technical / Functional and Managerial
Strong/working knowledge on ETL tools like Informatica and BI reporting tools
Good Database (Oracle/SQL server) skills
Exposure to automation tools

(3) Level of interaction - External & Internal
Good communication and collaboration skills
attention to detail
ability to work independently
Leadership qualities
SHOULD INTERACT WITH TEAM MEMBERS/MANAGER AND CLIENT

(4) Behavioral Competencies
GOOD TEAM LEAD PLAYER
GOOD COMMUNICATION AND INTERPERSONAL SKILLS
LEADERSHIP AND SELF DRIVEN QUALITIES
Some exposure to next level tasks like task delegation and supervision etc..
